Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays). You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been placed, and another notification with tracking information once your order has shipped.
Please note that processing times may be extended during peak seasons, promotional periods, or due to unforeseen circumstances.
Shipping Methods & Rates
We offer several shipping options to meet your needs:
Domestic Shipping (United States)
- Standard Shipping (5-7 business days): $5.99
- Expedited Shipping (3-5 business days): $12.99
- Express Shipping (1-2 business days): $24.99
- Free Standard Shipping on orders over $75
International Shipping
- International Standard (10-20 business days): Starting at $19.99
- International Express (5-10 business days): Starting at $39.99
Shipping rates are calculated based on the weight and destination of your order. The exact shipping cost will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your package through our carrier's website or by visiting the "Order History" section of your account.
Shipping Restrictions
We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states and select international destinations. Unfortunately, we cannot ship to P.O. boxes for certain products. Some items may have shipping restrictions based on local laws and regulations.
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or additional fees that may apply upon delivery.
Delivery Issues
Lost or Stolen Packages
We are not responsible for packages that are marked as delivered by the carrier but reported as lost or stolen. We recommend using a secure delivery location or requiring a signature for high-value orders. Please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim for lost or stolen packages.
Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at [your-email@example.com] with photos of the damaged item and packaging. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.
Incorrect Address
Please ensure your shipping address is correct before completing your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. Address changes may be possible if requested before the order ships—please contact us immediately if you need to make a change.
Delivery Delays
While we strive to meet our estimated delivery times, delays may occasionally occur due to:

P.O. Boxes & Military Addresses
We ship to P.O. boxes for most items via USPS. For APO/FPO/DPO military addresses, please allow additional processing and delivery time. Express shipping is not available for P.O. boxes or military addresses.
Multiple Shipments
If your order contains multiple items, they may ship separately from different warehouse locations. You will receive individual tracking numbers for each shipment.
